Molotov Solution - американская дэткор группа из Лас-Вегаса. В своих текстах колектив затрагивает темы политики, правительственных заговоров и мировых проблем.

Группа сформировалась в 2004 году, записав вскоре демо. В 2005 выходит ЕР под названием The Path To Extinction. В 2006 году был записан сплит, совместно с War From A Harlots Mouth, звучание которого, можно описать как смесь грайндора с дэткором. В 2008 году они выпускают полноформатный, одноимённый альбом который был «больше приближен к грув-металу». В 2008 году, по неизвестным причинам колектив покинул весь состав кроме гитариста и басиста. В 2009 году на свет вышел новый полноформатник The Harbinger, записан уже с новым составом. Это привело к изменению музыкального стиля, который приблизился к деткору, в то время как дебютный альбом сочетал в себе черты дэт-метала и грув-метала. На песню Awakening снят клип.

В конце 2010 года гитарист Робби Пина объявил об очередной смене состава и переходе на новый лейбл Blkheart Group. Третий альбом «Insurrection» появился в октябре 2011 года. Для записи песен Cruor Viaticus, Prophetic Illusions и The Blood of Tyrants применили 8-струнные гитары. В январе 2012 года Робби Пина покинул основанный им коллектив. 13 июня 2012 года группа объявила о своём распаде в связи с разногласиями в коллективе и отсутствием свободного времени.

So here is a simple little video to show how a deeper breath can help to engage the core, be drawn into the belly, the sides of the waist and the back literally expanding the space between each vertebrae! -
I particularly like to utilise a a more audible shhhh sounding breath for post natal clients because it really helps them to re-connect with the sensation of closing the ribs down without buckling forwards and altering the natural curvature to the spine. -

PUSH UP PROGRESSIONS 🧐
As an Exercise Physiologist, I’d much rather see my clients complete a full range of movement push up from knee position than a small range of movement full push up on their toes. If you are somewhere in between these where knee push ups are easy but full push ups are too hard these 5 exercises may assist you in improving your upper body strength to be able to complete a set (or 3) of full push ups 
1. Cable Bar Press - I prefer these over the chest press machine as there’s a little more instability with the bar hence more scapula control required. ️ 12 reps split stance (change leading leg at 6 reps) x3-4 sets at comfortably heavy weight 
2. Band Assisted Traditional Push ups, heavy band sits comfortably at lower abdominal level- ensure 45 degree angle between trunk and upper arm and ensure full hand contact with floor (like your pushing it away with your hands) ️ 8-12reps x3-4sets
3. Band Assisted Tricep focused Push ups, elbows hug in and graze the waist, ensure at start of descent whole body moves slightly forwards before descent. Again, ensure hand placement is completely engaged with the floor. These can also be done banded on knees - ensure straight line from knee to shoulder if performing this version. ️ 8-12reps x3-4sets
4. Band Assisted Dynamic Plank, ensure placement of hands are directly under shoulders. I like to alternate which arm presses up to keep muscle sequencing symmetrical. Great for core too - try to keep hips/ buttocks engaged and still throughout this movement sequence. ️ 12reps x3-4sets
5. Dynamic Plank - as above but without a band. Those with shoulder issues can all also do these in a 4 point kneeling position where your body weight is easier to control. ️ 12reps x3-4sets

Keine Blume blüht 365 Tage im Jahr, genauso kann ein Mensch nicht tagtäglich bestens gelaunt positive Energie versprühen und in Höchstform sein. Es ist ok sich mal nicht ok zu fühlen.

Ich habe zum Glück sehr selten solche Tage ️ Und doch kommen sie vor. Dann ziehe ich mich gerne zurück und lenke meinen Fokus auf andere Dinge. Verbringe mehr bewusste Zeit mit meiner Familie, mache weiterhin Sport und sammle mich beim Yoga 🧘‍️
Social Media rückt dann ganz stark in den Hintergrund. Nicht weil ich denke negative Gefühle haben hier nichts zu suchen, sondern weil es mir zu viel Energie raubt, die ich an solchen Tagen für mich aufbringen muss. Das Tief verzieht sich so idR auch wieder schnell von alleine, weil ich es annehme ohne ihm allzu viel Bedeutung zu schenken ️

Though I worked the triceps today the pic I am sharing is of my active rest in between sets. Kettlebell has been and will always remain one of my favorites on the floor. The question is, am I really stretched? It is important to comprehensively stretch oneself before and after a workout. It keeps the muscle ready for the workout and reduces chances of injury. Today was a 25 min #core #workout and I enjoyed the variety. So many people are shocked when I tell them I workout at home. They say why would you do that when you have a #studio? And..they say...
why are you doing a workout video with a #trainer when you have your own videos?
..
The thing is when I #teach #classes and train clients it's for their needs and goals not mine. When I do my workouts it's all about me and my #goals and challenging myself. When I teach I'm  gearing moves and intensity to my class participants.
..
I'm so excited to have top trainers to coach me at home and I appreciate that there's always #modifications for each #exercise.
..
This is a 100 day journey that I'm doing with the support of my clients, #instructors, trainers and coaches and I'm loving each moment 🤸‍️‍️
