Prova muito bem organizada... e hoje fiquei a conhecer a famosa pista de motocross... não quero ser amiga dela . Fiz uma prova da treta... mas já o sabia... só não queria ser a última... quase 2 meses parada... e 15 dias depois da operação ao nariz... que não me deixou respirar... horrível... Mas esta foi uma prova que valeu pelo espírito de equipa... e grande que somos... e quando queremos conseguimos ser mesmo equipa e grandes ... e não falo apenas pelo pódio, claro que foi óptimo o segundo lugar na prova longa e na curta... mas melhor do que isso foi a alegria e a cumplicidade entre todos!!! Somos Adosa - Os Santa Apolónia!!! .

I love veggies ! And the perks are unbelievable ! Vitamins, minarals, anti-axidants, etc.. ! As you can see.. I'm not eating any meat.. That's not because I'm a vegetarian, but because I don't like to eat most kinds of meat.

Btw the sweet patato was such a succesfull experiment 🤤 Will make that more often ! I filled it up with the puree of the patato in which I added veggies, some cheese on top. And under the grill ! 🤤

Heute bei der Hitze gab es was knackig Frisches auf meinem Tisch: Eisbergsalat-Blätter gefüllt mit geräucherter Makrele, Gurke, Paprika, Lauchzwiebel und Avocado. Dazu ein bisschen Tamari-Soße zum Dippen. Und natürlich der bei MB obligatorische Apfel. Das war echt lecker!

I think this kind of cookie dough is pretty well known these days.
Although it doesn't exactly taste like cookie dough I really love it in any shape like balls.
You can use legumes of your choice  e.g. chickpeas/lentils/black, white or green beans... Here are the ingredients I used this time:
 black beans
 water
 pinch of sea salt
 vegan protein powder (vanilla)
 coconut flour
 erythrit/flavedrops/maple syrup

CREPAS SALADAS🧂
Rellenas de espinaca🥬 y queso🧀

Para las crepas:
-1/4 taza avena
-1/2 taza claras
-1/4 taza leche almendras
-sal y pimienta al gusto
Reveleve todo en una licuadora y en un sartén precalentado y engrasado vierte la mezcla y muévela para que quede como crepa. Cuando empiecen a salir burbujas voltea. El número de crespas dependerá del tamaño del que las hagas (a mi me salieron 2.5)

Para el relleno puse 1 taza de hojas de espinaca junto con 20gr de queso parmesano rallado en un sartén y en otro puse 40gr de panela partido en rebanadas. Rellené las crespas con ambos y listo!
*después de la foto les puse salsa verde encima (que sea lo más natural posible, hecha en casa o con la menor cantidad de ingredientes si es que la compras)

-Oatmeal
-Protein Powder (optional)
-Greek yogurt
-Kiwi
-Granola
-Chia seeds ‍Recipe:
1.	Blend ½ cup of greek yogurt, 1/3 cup of oatmeal, 1 scoop of protein powder (optional), and ½ cup of frozen mango all together.
2.	Put the mixture on a plate.
3.	Add the toppings (1 tablespoon of granola, 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, 1 tablespoon of oatmeal, and 1 kiwi. 🥝SMOOTHIE BOWL🥝 Ingredients:
-Mango
-Avena -Proteina en polvo (opcional)
-Yogurt griego
-Kiwi
-Granola
-Chia ‍Procedimiento:
1.	Licuar ½  taza de yogurt griego, 1/3 taza de avena, 1 scoop de proteina en polvo (opcional), y ½ taza de mango congelado. 
2.	Poner la mezcla en un plato.
3.	Agregar los toppings (1 cucharadita de granola, 1 cucharadita de chia, 1 cucharadita de avena molida, y 1 kiwi.

🆘Ajattelit ostaa vegaanisen proteiinivanukkaan, vaikka et vegaani olekaan, koska maitotuotteet ja muut olit jättänyt jo ajat sitten ruokavaliostasi kokonaan pois kun ne on pahoja ja aiheuttaa tulehdustiloja ja lihottavat ja mitäs muuta sen Kokon artikkelissa niistä sanottiin..
Ikäväksesi tuotan pettymyksen kertomalla, että esim. 150g parsakaalia sisältää enemmän proteiinia kuin tämä kalliilla ostamasi pudding, josta parsakaalin sijaan uupuvat lukuisat vitamiinit ja kuitu.
Yhtä ”runsasproteiininen” (huomaa sarkasmi) olisi ollut esim. Jacky -vanukas tai vegaanisille ystävillemme sopiva alpron soijavanukas (jota ei silti mainosteta proteiinituotteena, niinkuin ei vegaanista parsakaaliakaan)

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread beans evenly on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until slightly dried out, mixing halfway through. Transfer beans to a large bowl and mash with a potato masher.
2. Place salsa in a fine-mesh sieve and stir a few times to drain excess liquid. Transfer the salsa to the bowl with the black beans. Add the breadcrumbs, grated onions, eggs, mustard and cumin. Place in fridge for 10 minutes to set.
3. Form the mixture into patties with about 1/3 cup mixture in each. This should make about 6-8 patties.
4. Heat half the oil in a large nonstick grill pan or skillet over medium heat. Add 4 patties and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until browned. Repeat with the remaining oil and patties.  heat to medium, add 4 burgers and cook until browned and heated through, 3 to 4 minutes per side. Repeat with the remaining oil and burgers. Serve the burgers on buns with your favorite toppings.

Aquí las GALLETAS DE AVENA INTEGRAL ... Ingredientes: - 1 taza  de avena integral - 1/4 taza harina de almendra - 1/4  taza harina de nuez - 1  cucharada de cacao amargo sin azucar - 1 cucharada polvos de hornear - 1 huevo - 1 cucharada de aceite de coco u oliva - 2  cucharada de miel - 30  gotas de stevia.
Procedimiento: Mezclar los ingredientes secos. Reservar. Por otro lado mezclar los ingredientes húmedos. Juntar ambas mezclas y una vez que esté todo bien incorporado hacer bolitas, aplastar y formar las galletas. Poner a 180° entre 10 y 12 minutos. Listo!

Unpopular opinion: “healthy swaps” aren’t always healthy emotionally and mentally.  And I’m so tired of seeing this BS on Instagram!

 Zucchini noodles are a vegetable, not pasta. Processed cauliflower isn’t the same as actual rice. Rice cake pizza is so far from regular pizza I don’t even want to call it that- it’s more of a rice cake cheese melt you know?
.
🤔I think these swaps make sense sometimes, of course- when the swap you’re making HONORS your craving. (Like if you’re actually craving a rice cake pizza or cauliflower rice, obviously that’s a great choice)
.
🤦‍️But I’m tired of diet culture feeding us the idea that these “healthy swaps” taste as good as the “real” thing. It’s just not true! (unless you just dislike the taste and experience of legit pizza or real pasta, I mean.. fine)
.
🤬The way diet culture demonizes carbs in general really bugs me. We literally need carbs (rice, pasta, bread etc) to survive. Just look at the history of food all over the world: carbs have been an essential source of energy for centuries... and now we have decided they’re bad? No thanks. I’ll take my carbs because I want my brain to function properly.
.
Something to think about: are you honoring your cravings? Are you making food choices based on what you really want or what you think is going to give you the body you want? And do your choices really satisfy you?
.
Why I care: I can’t stand the thought of people in my community depriving themselves of real pizza and going for this rice cake pizza BS if that’s not what they actually want. Give yourself permission to eat the pizza. You don’t have to EARN it. You don’t have to justify it with exercise. The best (and really only) way to manage cravings is by eating the thing you crave with full permission and no judgement.

G A L E T T E S ‍ Galettes courgette, flocons de pois chiches & curry 
En furetant dans ma Biocoop, j'ai déniché un petit paquet de flocons de pois chiches.

En fait, ça faisait un moment que je me disais qu’il fallait que j’en fasse l’acquisition 

Pourquoi ?

Ces petits flocons sont tout simplement des pois chiches entiers nettoyés puis cuits à la vapeur réduisant ainsi considérablement le temps de cuisson lors des préparations ! Ultra pratique donc (5 minutes plongés dans un peu d’eau bouillante) !

En plus de ça, ils ont conservé toutes leurs propriétés nutritionnelles, ce qui en fait donc une excellente source de protéines et fibres végétales en plus de tous les minéraux et vitamines que cette fabuleuse légumineuse contient.

A noter en plus que le pois chiche est pauvre en graisse, ce qui en fait une belle alternative à la viande. 
Ces flocons donnent du corps à une simple soupe ou une purée par exemple, mais là j'en ai fait une recette de galettes à la courgette que je vous partage tout de suite :

Pour 4 jolies galettes : 🥣80g de flocons de pois chiches
🥣60g courgettes 🥣40g oignon 🥣5g gomasio 🥣150ml lait amande 🥣1 œuf 🥣 Du curry à doser selon les goûts 
Cuire 5 minutes les flocons plongés dans de l’eau bouillante
Râper la courgette
Mélanger l’ensemble des ingrédients
Verser à la louche sur une poêle chaude à la façon crêpes / pancakes

Ingredients:
200g jarred roasted peppers
100g toasted almonds
1 clove garlic 
1 tbs Sherry vinegar
I heaped tsp smoked paprika 
2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
Big pinch sea salt 
Process but leave some texture. I had this with barbecued octopus but works as a tasty dip.

5 INGREDIENT, DORM-FRIENDLY CHOCOLATE PB COOKIES🥜 I’m all moved in back at school & with classes starting tomorrow, my posts will prob be less frequent. I’m sure a lot of my fellow college friends livin the dorm life are in the same boat with being too busy to bake or not having access to some ingredients BUT my goal is to come up with more recipes that require little time/effort & few ingredients! 

A lot of my friends like to party on the weekends, but personally that’s just not my cup of tea 🤷‍️️ I was trying to think of other things to do last night & realized I’m def gonna need some kind of dessert to tide me over for the week! Luckily my dorm has 2 awesome kitchens so I could experiment with these easy-peasy choco-pb cookies! Made with ingredients you can count on one hand & they take less than 30 min to make  3️⃣0️⃣

1/2 c almond flour
1/3 c pure maple syrup
1/2 c creamy peanut butter
1/4 c unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 c dark chocolate chips
[optional: 1/2 tsp coconut oil — the dark chocolate chips can be melted with coconut oil to make the chocolate drizzle on top, OR, if you don’t have coconut oil on hand, just stir your chocolate chips into the dough instead!]

1. Preheat oven to 350. Combine almond flour, maple syrup, peanut butter, and cocoa powder (and chocolate chips, if desired) in a medium bowl to form dough. I also added 1 tbsp of collagen peptides to mine!
2. Roll ~1 tbsp of dough into a ball and place on lined baking sheet. Flatten it down with your fingers. Repeat to make 10-12 cookies.
3. Bake 15 min. If you didn’t mix your chocolate chips into the dough, combine with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 20 sec intervals, stirring in between, until liquidy. Drizzle on top of your cookies, then pop them in the fridge for a bit to let the chocolate harden. Enjoy!

Für den Teig habe ich verwendet :

50g Dinkel - Vollkornmehl
15g #impactwheyprotein im Geschmack #naturalvanille
100g Quark
40 ml Wasser
4g Backpulver
Etwas Zimt 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗 Für das Topping:

100g Quark
15g #impactwheyprotein #naturalstawberry
Paar Himbeeren  1. Den Ofen auf 165 Grad Umluft vorheizen und ein Backblech mit
Backpapier auslegen. 
2. Anschließend den Teig mit dem Handrührgerät vorbereiten und mit einem Löffel drei gleich große Teilchen formen aufs Backblech legen und platt drücken

3. Für 15 Minuten backen währenddessen das Topping vorbereiten zusätzlich etwas Wasser hinzufügen

4. Wenn die Teilchen fertig sind etwas abkühlen lassen und toppen
