The past 3 days have been pretty heavy on my legs so some time in the water  was in order.
•
As per usual I had the pull bouy firmly between my thighs so this was powered by solely by my arms, shoulders and back ‍️.
•
To begin with it seemed like a lot of high work and I thought I haven’t been out of the water for that long but once I relaxed I found my rhythm  and got it done.
•
Now to enjoy the bank holiday weekend before reality hits and I have to go back to work .
•

Tahle denzita jednoduše vysvětleno určuje množství energie na množství stravy. Z pravidla čím víc vody to jídlo má, tím nižší má denzitu. A přesně proto na tom je kaloricky nejlíp zelenina🥒 a ovoce.
Naopak takové arašídové nebo jiné oříškové máslo má energetickou denzitu vysokou.
Takže jež chytře - víc a za míň kalorií .

By having your shoulder in the hyperextended position relative to the neutral (hands by your side) position, the heads of the bicep will be targeted differently. You are better able to workout your bicep through greater range of motion which will help target your bicep short and long head better.

Long Head of the Bicep (Outer Bicep)
Attaches from the supraglenoid tubercle and glenoid labrum to the radial tuberosity and bicipital aponeurosis.

Short Head of the Bicep (Inner Bicep)
Attaches from the tip of the coracoid process of the scapula to the radial tuberosity and bicipital aponeurosis.

The short head of the bicep will be stretched to a greater degree compared to the long head which will make it go through a greater excursion, and then the long head would be second, but to a slightly less degree.

 Leg training between classes. I'm much closer to pistol squats than I thought. I haven't thought of a goal yet but 10r per side would be pretty good. Made a lot of progress regarding balance today. Left side is currently much more consistent than right. I also added some volume to the assisted pistols and calf raises for progressive overload.

Comme là dit Jérémy Demay  le temps que nous avons, est-ce que nous l'utilisons de la bonne façon? 

Le FAMEUX temps! Je peux affirmer que TOUTES les personnes sur la planète TERRE ont 24 heures par journée! Right?

Il y a beaucoup de personnes qui me disent  Chloé/Coe, je n'ai pas le temps de m'entraîner car j'ai des enfants  OU  Chloé/Coe, je n'ai pas le temps car ça ne me tente pas de m'entraîner avant ou après ma job! 

C'est correcte mais à la place de passer leur soirée à jouer sur son cell/tablette et/ou grignotant devant la télé! Ils pourraient faire consacrer une demi-heure de leur soirée à l'entraînement OU même un moment calme pour eux sans les enfants (pour ceux qui ont des enfants )! Est-ce que tu aimerais montrer l'exemple à tes enfants à prendre soin d'eux en leur montrant qu'on peut avoir une VIE SURCHARGÉE et qu'on trouve quand même le temps de m'entraîner (et de bien manger aussi)? : @coach_coe

Жим гири дном вверх (Жим гири на «попа») Старинное упражнение взятое из гиревого спорта, представляет из себя обычный жим гири, но снаряд при этом удерживается за ручку дном вверх, за счет чего обеспечивается высокая нагрузка на кисть и предплечье, так как для удержания снаряда в таком положении необходимо очень сильно сжимать пальцы рук и жестко фиксировать кисти. В силу этого, в данном упражнении первыми устают мышцы кисти и предплечья. Такой жим выполняется чаще всего попеременно каждой рукой, поскольку результаты правой и левой рук обычно различаются, в силу чего, при работе одновременно двумя руками одна из них будет недогружаться. Данное упражнение часто применяют в единоборствах, поскольку оно укрепляет запястье и снижает риск его травмирования при нанесении ударов. Упражнение очень эффективно, но к сожалению недостаточно широко распространено.
