ULTIME ESCURSIONI?!?! 
Allora ecco una ricetta per il vostro PRANZO AL SACCO!!! last excursions?!?! here is a recipe for your packed lunch

L'ingrediente principale è la FARINA DI CECI 
ottima come apporto proteico in tanti piatti unici, ricchi anche di potassio, calcio, fosforo, magnesio ma anche vitamina A e altre vitamine del gruppo B.
INGREDIENTI per 4 persone
400 g di farina di ceci
800 ml acqua
1 porro
1 cipolla bianca
800 g di erbe assortite (basilico, salvia, biete, spinaci)
Olio extravergine di oliva
Sale e pepe q.b.

In una ciotola, impastate con una frusta la farina di ceci con l’acqua e 3 cucchiai di olio evo. Aggiungete l’acqua poco per volta: dovrete ottenere una pastella semiliquida, che coprirete con un canovaccio pulito e lascerete riposare per almeno 1 ora.

Nel frattempo, lavate e mondate il porro, la cipolla, le biete e gli spinaci e sbollentate il tutto in abbondante acqua leggermente salata. Quando si saranno ammorbiditi, fateli scolare bene, quindi tritate tutto finemente insieme alle erbe aromatiche.

Scaldate una padella antiaderente e ripassatevi il misto di verdure insieme alle erbe aromatiche, 2 cucchiai d’olio e 2 di acqua. Fate insaporire a fuoco basso per alcuni minuti.

Riprendete la pastella, regolate di sale e di pepe, quindi incorporatevi il verde.

Travasate il tutto in una pirofila leggermente unta d’olio, livellate la superficie e infornate a 180 gradi per circa 15-20 minuti. I più esperti possono cuocere la frittata anche in una padella antiaderente ungendo la superficie con olio evo.

Sfornate quando in superficie si sarà formata una bella crosta dorata!

Stamani ho praticamente ignorato la sveglia ed ovviamente sono in ritardo clamoroso , ma il tempo per la colazione (anche se veloce) lo trovo SEMPRE!  
Per fortuna nella mia dispensa non manca mai la super schiacciatina fit di Ri.Ma Benessere 🤩, ho aggiunto della composta di mirtilli & acaí (senza zucchero) e “decorato” velocemente con della crema di mandorle Rapunzel ..  (Vi ricordo che cliccando sui prodotti taggati in foto potrete visitare direttamente il mio shop online)

Muz Bitter Çikolata
Fındık ve Badem
Ham kakao

Muzlarımı çöp şişlere taktıktan sonra benmari usulü erittiğim  içine de ham kakao ilave  edip daha da yoğunlaştırdığım çikolatalama buladım. .
Yağlı kağıtların tabanına biraz dövülmüş badem ve fındık serpiştirdim. Birazını da üstüne

️Sonra 20 dakika kadar buzluğa koydum.
.  Çıktığında harikaydı 🤤 Resmini çekebildim mi ? Hayır ! Bitti hemen Bu dondurucuya koymadan önce son resmi  .
🥛Yanına da bir bardak süt .
Ohh mis  .
️ 1 muz’u 3’e bölerek porsiyonladığım tatlımı tattık bu ölçüyle hepimizin gözüde gönlüde doydu. Abartılı yemedik mahrumda kalmadık ‍️ Bu kadar. .

Bij #albertheijn vandaan super mals.🤤
Ik erbij een salade van bladspinazie ,rucola, cheddar🧀 en snoeptommys. 🥗
Appart sausje erbij gemaakt van zaanse mayo,griekse yoghurt,  en kruiden paprikapoeder zout 🧂peper enz.  En gebakken gele ui en rode ui heerlijk.
 En ik heb een ketobroodje gebakken en ik moet zeggen hij was heerlijk. Na 6 maanden geen brood te hebben gegeten. Een dikke klodder zelfgemaakte kruidenboter erop mmmm.

Deje de comer bien y pum me enferme, me sentía pesado, empecé a tener de nuevo problemas estomacales y la grasa en mi abdomen quiere aparecer de nuevo pero no la voy a dejar jajajaja así que está vaina no la cambio por nada. Ya las hamburguesas ni me matan, como esos vegetales salteados 🤤

Muzlarımı çöp şişlere taktıktan sonra benmari usulü erittiğim  içine de ham kakao ilave  edip daha da yoğunlaştırdığım çikolatalama buladım. .
Yağlı kağıtların tabanına biraz dövülmüş badem ve fındık serpiştirdim. Birazını da üstüne

️Sonra 20 dakika kadar buzluğa koydum.
.  Çıktığında harikaydı 🤤 Resmini çekebildim mi ? Hayır ! Bitti hemen Bu dondurucuya koymadan önce son resmi  .
🥛Yanına da bir bardak süt .
