D’abord, on dit souvent que ce sont les pensées qui déclenchent la loi d’attraction mais c’est un raccourci. En réalité, ce sont tes intentions qui vont déclencher la loi d’attraction. Dans cette vidéo, je t’explique comment observer objectivement tes intentions pour mieux comprendre ce que tu attires. 
Ensuite, pour déclencher la loi d’attraction dans ta vie, ne banalise aucune des opportunités que la Vie te donne. Ce serait comme passer à côté de ce qui va changer ta vie.

Adaptil is a synthetic copy of the natural comforting pheromone released by a mother dog to reassure her puppies. Studies show that it may help with general anxiety, as well as stress caused by vet visits, travel, fireworks and other loud noises, separation anxiety, and can even help calm dogs in shelters. We experienced a very peaceful evening with 6 dogs in the house last night. It's not cheap at $105 from Petbarn (although one quote I got was $130!) but that is for the unit and a refill.  HEJ OCH NEJ. Så här glad är jag ju faktiskt inte alltid. Well, verkligheten ser ju lite annorlunda ut än instagram.  Därför tänkte jag påminna om DEN MENTALA TALLRIKSMODELLEN: alltså de 7 näringsämnen vi behöver lite av varje dag för att må bra. Helgen är utmärkt tillfälle att fylla på med energi. Så gör det!

FOKUSTID 
Fokusera på en sak eller en uppgift i taget.En splittrad hjärna blir trött och ineffektiv. Genom att fokusera skapas det nya kopplingar i hjärnan.

CHILLTID
Att bara vara utan några förväntningar eller krav är viktigt för vår återhämtning. Annars är risken stor att vi känner att vi alltid måste presentera, vilket i sig ofta skapar stress.

MOTION
Rörelse frigör ämnen i kroppen som gör oss lyckliga. Genom att motionera regelbundet blir vi friskare, mindre stressade, starkare, piggare och ger bättre sömnkvalitet.

HJÄRNVILA
Låt tankarna få vandra fritt (utan skärmen!) varje dag. Det hjälper hjärnan att vila och ladda om. Dessutom är det ofta i dessa pauser vi kommer på lösningar på problem. Nya idéer kommer bara när man ger de egna tankarna utrymme.

LEKA
Fundera över vad du gillar att göra. Gör mer av det! Det ger dig ny energi och gör dig lycklig i längden. Om vi aldrig leker eller aktiverar oss kan hjärnan bli fylld av tankar och känslor som inte ger energi. Då kan man till och med känna sig deppig.

HÄNGA IRL 
Varje gång vi ses på riktigt, IRL, skrattar, tittar varandra i ögonen, kramas eller rör vid varandra så skickas det ut signaler i kroppen som gör oss lugna, trygga och dämpar stress. Samma sak gäller när vi knyter kontakt med världen runt om oss. Så häng med andra - sociala medier räknas inte!

SÖMN 
Sömn hjälper hjärnan att smälta dagens intryck och införlivar all ny kunskap vi lärt oss under dagen. Sömn bygger också upp vårt immunsystem, hjälper oss att tänka, hitta ny perspektiv och ger oss energi at göra sådant som vi mår bra av. Sover vi för lite blir hjärnan lättare känslostyrd vilket kan göra oss mer lättirriterade och ledsna.

During the week, stress tends to build. 
We end up leaning towards unbalanced thoughts and behaviours, because our nervous system....quite frankly, is done. 
Fried.🤯 It doesn’t want to deal with our neurotic neurosis, which inflames the body, while simultaneously destroying the microbiome of the gut, your large intestine. 
Once that is shot, deficiency is inevitable, for the body will no longer absorb what’s needed nutritionally because the large intestine is now permeable. 
This allows undigested proteins to enter the blood stream, causing allergies and autoimmunity, and constant STRESS on the body. 
It’s an immune system nightmare!

Oh but wait, there’s more! 

The immune system tells the nervous system that you are in trouble because of all that stress and deficiency and BAM we have chronic stress and anxiety. We are never really relaxed. We live on high alert!

High alert = stressloop. 
Total disaster. Stress is a slippery slope folks. There is a reason it is the number one killer. 
Stress creates an inflamed deficient eco system in your body, thus mind, creating increased tension between your soul and your ego. Those two reallly need to work together peacefully so you can get shit done and walk gracefully into your purpose.

This is why we cultivate spiritual practice!!! #selfcareisnojoke 
We practice because we are tired, because we want connection with ourselves, we are lonely and isolated because we trap ourselves in our own minds, on a loop, like tape recorder on repeat. We think the loop is us. It’s not.

We practice because we know deep down inside that we are more then our self critical thoughts and our habitual tendencies. We are more then what has  happened to us.

We know deep down we are meant for greatness!

Det kan många gånger kännas skönt att komma in i vardagens rutiner igen. 
Men när vardagen snurrar på är det lätt att bara rusa på, vi känner stressen komma krypande, tiden räcker inte till, tankarna snurrar och vi tappar kontakten med kroppen.

Ta en paus några minuter varje dag. En paus från tankarna för att känna kroppen.
Långa djupa andetag är ett effektivt sätt att känna kroppen och stressa ner.

Self-confidence is the belief in oneself and abilities, it describes an internal state made up of what we think and feel about ourselves.  It is built up or destroyed as a result of some of the experiences we go through in life. 
If we don't manage what we feed our minds, we expose ourselves to letting the world define who we are. We end up wasting time trying to change ourselves so that we can fit in or please other people.  Learn to build up your self-confidence by focusing on positive thoughts that develop our self-esteem. Confidence is not, I hope they like me. Confidence is saying, It's OK if they don't like me. Once you do this, you free yourself from the chains that are holding you down and preventing you from being your true self.
