🥂Are you drinking right now? -

More and more these days we're hearing about people who are giving up drinking. While having a drink every now and again is fine, it's easy to get caught up in things and go overboard. -

Some people have stopped drinking to be a better parent, some for health reasons, and others are just done with it. To everyone who isn't drinking right now I applaud you because I know it will be tough. Now that it's summer people are cracking s beer to stay cool, celebrating at weddings and graduations, and drinking on vacations. Even though it's challenging I know it's hard to say no and deal with people's [sometimes rude] responses. -

Right now I'm not drinking for a couple of reasons:
1) it flares up my fibromyalgia 
2) I'm being more selective about what I put in my body
3) drinking makes me hungry - I can eat like a monster!

Heute war chillen angesagt an der Strandbar.️️

Ja keine Zeit und kein Geld zum gesunden Kochen hört man oft. Daher hier 3 einfache Tipps zum gesunden Kochen von mir:

1. Kauft saisonal ein!!! Das kommt euch nicht nur billiger, es ist auch aus der Region! 
2. Kocht frisch! Das schmeckt einfach so viel besser, ihr könnt es würzen wie ihr wollt, könnt es portionieren, wie ihr Hunger habt und ihr wisst was sich wirklich darum befindet!
3. Kocht euch euer Essen vor. Ob eine Reispfanne oder eine Zucchini Lasagne, das kann man alles super gut einfrieren und dann aufwärmen um es dann zu essen. Oder ihr stellt es für einen Tag in den Kühlschrank und nehmt es euch am nächsten Tag zur Arbeit mit, so müsst ihr nicht außerhalb essen!!!

Pierwszy trening będzie dostępny od 5 rano w FIT body Club 🤗 oczywiście wy wykonujecie go w odpowiednim dla siebie czasie
 Każdy treningi po jego premierze będzie cały czas dostępny więc nie mam obawy jeżeli chcecie później zacząć program
 Głównym zadaniem programu to przygotowanie ciała do sezonu BIKINI w ekspresowym tempie️ na celowniku są pośladki oraz płaski i ładnie zarysowany brzuch. Dodatkowo wyrzeźbienie ramion, pleców oraz wysmuklenie całego ciała. No po prostu będzie bajka...
 Program jest praktycznie przeznaczony dla większości osób, bo poziom zaawansowania głównie zależy od użytego sprzętu i obciążenia. 
Natomiast minimum to 1 m-c staż treningowy czyli pokonanie chociażby ▫️F I T początek w 30 dni▫️ gdzie wykonywane są podstawowe ćwiczenia wzmacniające oraz cardio
 nie zalecam przejścia do BIKINI BODY EXPRESS zaraz po programie ▫️I N I C J A C J A  2 1▫️ - to jest za duży przeskok jeśli chodzi o poziom zaawansowania

Treningi są długie, średnio trwają ok. 1 h🤪 i zawierają dużo ćwiczeń siłowych, więc nie jest to program dla osób bez żadnego przygotowania. 
Cały program trwa 8 tygodni - od 6 maja do 30 czerwca. Na wakacje będziecie w super formie️️

 zestaw hantli od lekkich po naprawdę ciężkich. Minimum dla średnio i zaawansowanych to dwa różne obciążenia (lekkie i cięższe). Moje hantle jakie używam w programie to 2 kg, 3 kg, 6 kg, 9 kg
 taśmy mini band – cały zestaw
 piłka fitness – ️ dla osób które nie mają piłki, będzie wyświetlać się alternatywa ćwiczeń bez użycia piłki
 mata treningowa

Dla poziomu podstawowego wystarczą hantelki 0,5 – 2 kg oraz taśmy mini band (dwa najmniejsze opory)

#throwback to when I started working out at Station24. I started being physically active in 2015. It was not easy because I hated working out. It was challenging on my body. Fast forward 3 years later and my body feels awful when I am not active. Simply being consistent and disciplined paid off. It’s important to never give up even when It is hard. This is an okay, mediocre breakfast. I would most definitely add an egg or two, with some baby spinach cooked into them.
 I recommend using Ezekiel bread with plain peanut butter(no salt sugar or other additives) The sprouted grains are amazing. Don't just feed your body; FUEL it! !
